Description

  • Identify and assess the data sources relevant to each client’s ΛTLΛS deployment and determine the best integration approach.
  • Help clients build custom connectors and data integrations, including with Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Support context gathering and data uploading into the ΛTLΛS product to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Review semantic inputs and outputs to confirm data is correctly interpreted and surfaced.
  • Work with client QA and validation teams to develop and implement robust data validation strategies.
  • Monitor platform inputs, outputs, alerts, and anomalies on an ongoing basis and address issues promptly.
  • Train clients on using the ΛTLΛS platform, tailoring sessions for technical and marketing audiences.
  • Help clients define alerting, notification, and documentation strategies that support self-sufficiency.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor across the client lifecycle and build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to data, marketing technology, QA, and commercial teams.

Requirements

  • Must reside in New York or Massachusetts and be eligible for remote employment in that state.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical account management or solutions architecture experience in an enterprise software organization, preferably in retail and ecommerce.
  • Hands-on experience with data warehousing platforms, particularly BigQuery, Snowflake, and Databricks.
  • Ability to build and manage data integrations and custom connectors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with enterprise clients across technical and commercial functions.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape and how data flows between major platforms.
  • Experience in marketing programme management and client data management.
  • Practical knowledge of identity resolution and CDP-related work, including data unification, audience segmentation, and profile management.
  • AI engineering capability, including experience building or working with AI-driven data products, pipelines, or platforms.
  • Methodical, self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple client engagements and prioritize effectively.
