Description

  • Define and evolve group-wide visual identity systems, design principles, and brand standards across OLX and its portfolio.
  • Create multi-brand design systems, asset libraries, templates, and governance models for consistent brand execution.
  • Set creative direction for digital, physical, and experiential brand touchpoints, excluding advertising.
  • Develop AI-ready design systems, prompt libraries, automation workflows, and guidelines that improve creative quality and efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain the quality bar for brand design across launches, executive communications, employer branding, events, web experiences, and marketing initiatives.
  • Translate business strategy, customer insights, and brand positioning into cohesive visual systems and brand experiences.
  • Partner with Product Design, Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communications, Employer Brand, and regional teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Build documentation, enablement programs, and design resources to drive adoption of brand standards globally.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and align teams around a shared creative vision.
  • Mentor designers through critique and collaboration to elevate craft and systems thinking.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand design or visual design.
  • Experience building or evolving brands at scale across multiple products or markets.
  • A portfolio demonstrating visual identity, typography, layout, storytelling, motion, and digital brand experience work.
  • Experience creating design systems, frameworks, templates, governance models, or enterprise design systems.
  • Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with motion design, storytelling, and digital brand experiences.
  • Deep familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows, including applying AI to scalable design processes.
  • Ability to translate brand positioning, customer insights, and business objectives into creative systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive-facing collaboration skills.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and mentoring designers without direct authority.
