Description

  • Serve as the project owner’s onsite CSA Quality Manager.
  • Coordinate quality control and assurance activities involving contractors and third-party testing agencies.
  • Perform CSA inspections as the owner’s representative.
  • Review inspection and testing reports for compliance with applicable codes and specifications.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and contractors regarding project expectations and requirements.
  • Lead regular project meetings and communicate progress and significant quality events to clients.
  • Maintain project quality health tracking dashboards.
  • Secure appropriate resources throughout project phases to support on-time completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Build client relationships and support future business opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least five years of progressively responsible project experience in an applicable field or discipline.
  • Deep understanding of construction quality management and standard construction practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, construction, planning, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding client expectations through project management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of organization and leadership ability.
  • Ability to develop effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a team.
  • Ability to work safely and remain alert in field environments.
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite daily in Southern Florida, Central Alabama, Indiana, or other assigned project locations.
