Description

  • Serve as the FP&A subject-matter expert and owner of Pigment, improving and maintaining the system infrastructure to support forecasting and financial statement maintenance.
  • Act as liaison between FP&A and MeltOne (third‑party advisory) to accelerate the transition from Google Sheets to Pigment.
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics to drive automated reporting from Snowflake (leveraging Pigment data) for the Monthly Reporting Pack (MRP) to Thoma Bravo.
  • Lead monthly data transfers between models and reporting packages, ensuring pixel‑level formatting consistency and zero‑error data integrity across all materials.
  • Drive monthly actuals‑to‑budget reporting and perform Revenue and Expense variance analysis.
  • Maintain key revenue-driver assumptions in Pigment (bookings, active locations, order volumes, churn) to support revenue forecast updates.
  • Reconcile contracted ACV in Salesforce to recognized revenue in Pigment, flag discrepancies, and partner with Business Analytics, RevOps, and Billing to resolve issues.
  • Support budget owners with ad‑hoc requests, including bonus attainment calculations, cash forecasting, headcount reconciliation, and FY27 budgeting tasks.
  • Partner with People Ops on merit and bonus budgeting matters and collaborate with FP&A teammates to identify and implement process and tooling best practices.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in Pigment, Google Workspace, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, strategic planning, consulting, or related roles.
  • Strong financial analysis and model‑building skills with exceptional attention to detail, formatting consistency, and presentation quality for senior leadership and board materials.
  • Experience supporting month‑end reporting, actuals‑to‑budget variance analysis, and forecasting processes.
  • Ability to reconcile contract data (e.g., ACV in Salesforce) to recognized revenue and work cross‑functionally to resolve discrepancies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • SaaS and FP&A experience preferred; restaurant industry experience is a plus.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus (desired but not required).

Benefits

  • Compensation range estimated at $77,000–$130,000 annually (depending on experience and location).
