Description

  • Design and implement scalable, high-quality components and services for the Catering team.
  • Build and monitor solutions for online ordering, order management, and transmission of catering orders.
  • Contribute to technical decision-making, including solution design and architecture.
  • Address technical debt, reliability, and system performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to turn customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Proactively monitor production systems, identify issues, and resolve incidents quickly and clearly.
  • Investigate root causes of issues and develop long-term fixes to prevent recurrence.
  • Document knowledge and share best practices to strengthen team expertise.
  • Champion software development best practices, agile methods, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET.
  • Commercial experience with TypeScript and a front-end framework such as React or similar.
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools including Docker and EKS.
  • Experience writing unit tests and producing testable code.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working through complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent judgment and ability to seek diverse perspectives and challenge assumptions.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Consistently meets sprint and quarterly commitments while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
