Description

  • Monitor core growth metrics across regulated markets to identify anomalies, trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Conduct structured root-cause analysis to explain performance changes and determine next actions.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for senior leadership and local market growth teams.
  • Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into market health and growth efficiency.
  • Own end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives from scoping and planning through delivery and outcome tracking.
  • Coordinate across growth, product, engineering, and operations teams to align stakeholders and drive on-time delivery.
  • Define measurable success criteria for each initiative and track results to closure.
  • Apply AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Champion AI-native ways of working and demonstrate productivity improvements with practical examples.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management.
  • Experience from a top internet company, fintech company, Web3 firm, or management consulting background is ideal.
  • Exceptional learning agility and the ability to operate effectively in unfamiliar domains.
  • Strong logical and quantitative thinking with a structured, evidence-based approach to problem solving.
  • Extreme self-motivation, ownership, and accountability for workstreams and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership and adapt to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred for working with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in the Web3 or crypto industry, or as a user of crypto products, is a meaningful advantage.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agent systems or complex workflows is a plus.
  • Experience working in international or multinational organizations with cross-regional stakeholder exposure is preferred.
  • Solid track record in growth analytics or channel analysis, including acquisition, retention, and channel performance data.
