Description

  • Own the product roadmap for AI trading features, including strategy recommendations, conversational interfaces, risk alerts, and autonomous trading agents.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences for novice and expert traders.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle from user research and PRDs to experimentation, data analysis, and iteration.
  • Build domain expertise in AI and trading to identify new product opportunities from emerging LLM and agent technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to deliver product features and go-to-market plans.
  • Shape the broader AI product strategy for the strategy trading platform, including SDK/MCP, AI advisor, auto-execution, and user data leverage.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML-powered products.
  • Crypto or fintech product experience is a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of AI product paradigms, including RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-based product design, evaluation, and iteration.
  • Strong technical intuition, including comfort reading API documentation, discussing system architecture, and understanding data pipelines.
  • Prototyping experience with Python, prompt playgrounds, or no-code/low-code AI platforms.
  • Genuine passion for crypto and trading, including understanding of order types and market microstructure.
  • High agency and execution speed, with the ability to move from vague idea to shipped MVP and make decisions with incomplete information.
  • Excellent communication skills for writing PRDs, presenting strategy, and facilitating discussions across teams.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to work with internal engineering and product stakeholders in the China-based R&D center.
  • Experience building AI agent or copilot products is a nice to have.
  • Hands-on prototyping with Python, Claude/GPT APIs, or similar tools is a nice to have.
  • Familiarity with trading bot products, quantitative trading strategies, or algorithmic trading systems is a nice to have.
  • Experience with MCP, function calling, or AI SDK/platform product design is a nice to have.
  • Prior work in a high-growth crypto exchange, DeFi protocol, or fintech company is a nice to have.
  • Fluency in English is preferred for communication with global stakeholders.
