Description

  • Develop and execute creative materials from briefing through concepting, production, and final delivery.
  • Own higher-priority projects and deliver senior-level design work.
  • Ensure design consistency and excellence across product visuals, campaigns, web pages, event design, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Partner effectively with global cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Streamline production processes to improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to an omni-channel marketing approach across content, social media, PR, partnerships, events, product, and digital media.
  • Help define and evolve brand guidelines and asset requirements.
  • Foster a positive and creative team culture.
  • Support team development and mentorship.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in an in-house and/or agency role as a Senior Brand or Visual Designer.
  • Experience working with global brands and/or clients.
  • Experience as a design generalist with hands-on involvement in creative direction across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience supporting brand, social media, experiential, web, motion, and 3D design work.
