Description

  • Automate the creation of presentation decks and other insights using a deck automation tool.
  • Use AI prompting and generative workflows to produce proactive, personalized customer narratives at scale.
  • Collaborate with post-sales customer-facing teams to understand enterprise customer needs and challenges.
  • Translate customer and product insights into persuasive deck content that addresses pain points and highlights Okta’s solutions.
  • Design scalable solutions that support a diverse range of enterprise customer profiles.
  • Update and refine decks using product usage data to stay aligned with the latest Okta features and capabilities.
  • Analyze product usage data and program performance to identify what is working and what is not at scale.
  • Develop methods to quantify the business impact of retention and adoption automation programs.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Data, and Customer Success to gather feedback and continuously improve programs.
  • Influence cross-functional program execution and ensure content aligns with broader business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Prior experience managing digital success programs, working as a growth product manager/marketer, or automating insights.
  • Experience building enterprise SaaS adoption programs is desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a technical field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs and the ability to translate them into compelling deck content.
  • Expertise in data strategy, analysis, and management related to customer marketing, growth marketing, and demand generation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Gainsight, Pendo, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Matik or related deck-automation tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of content types and engagement methods such as AI agents, video, in-app guides, and email.
  • Demonstrated experience in prompt engineering for generating actionable insights and compelling content.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation, verbal, and written communication.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing business requirements and conditions.
  • Knowledge of identity, security, access management, workflow, and/or developer-facing products.

  • Annual base salary range of $116,000 to $174,000 USD for eligible locations.
