Description

  • Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments in HouseCall Pro or similar dispatching systems.
  • Handle overflow and after-hours customer inquiries professionally.
  • Manage customer calls through VoIP tools and coordinate with the internal team.
  • Follow company scripts and booking prompts to ensure a consistent scheduling process.
  • Ask plumbing-related diagnostic questions to capture accurate job details for dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Support lead tracking through marketing and lead dashboards where applicable.
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in HVAC, plumbing, or another home services trade.
  • Familiarity with HouseCall Pro or similar scheduling/dispatch software such as ServiceTitan or Jobber.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
  • Comfort with VoIP systems and lead tracking software.
  • Prior plumbing or HVAC industry knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience with objection handling or win-back calls is preferred.

  • Up to $1,450/month depending on experience.
  • Guaranteed annual bonus equal to one month's salary.
  • Performance-based annual bonus of up to 1.5x one month's salary, based on quarterly performance scores.
