Description

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the eSims product area in line with company OKRs and revenue goals.
  • Partner daily with mathematicians to translate model improvements into prioritized, scoped product initiatives with clear success criteria.
  • Diagnose model performance issues such as margin variance, player-pair imbalances, and market correlation gaps and turn them into measurable product problems.
  • Make prioritization decisions across model quality improvements, new title expansion, operator requests, and team capacity.
  • Navigate trade-offs between improving existing titles and launching new ones while aligning commercial, trading, and math stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior product managers and raise the product team’s standards in prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and quantitative reasoning.
  • Use AI tools in strategy, discovery, and collaboration work, with a senior-level view on where AI is useful and where it is not.
  • Present product direction and decisions to senior leadership and align technical and commercial teams around them.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role.
  • Credible mathematical or quantitative background, academic or professional.
  • Strong quantitative reasoning, including comfort with probability, correlation, margin variance, and model trade-offs.
  • Ability to interrogate model assumptions, define measurable acceptance criteria, and translate statistical concepts into product decisions.
  • Proven experience working with highly technical or quantitative specialists such as data scientists, mathematicians, or quants.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect business objectives to product initiatives and define a compelling product vision.
  • Deep experience in B2B product management with understanding of operator needs and end-bettor experience.
  • Sophisticated and practical AI usage in strategy, discovery, and technical collaboration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and comfort presenting to C-level leadership.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of the esports ecosystem, competitive gaming, or online betting industry.
  • Nice to have: experience with real-time data products, odds feeds, pricing models, or risk management platforms.
  • Nice to have: background in platform or B2B products that are largely invisible to the end user.
  • Nice to have: experience scaling products in a hyper-growth startup environment.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools for hands-on data exploration.
  • Nice to have: experience building or mentoring product teams from the ground up.
