Description

  • Develop and manage customer advocacy and engagement programs, including reference networks, lifecycle touchpoints, and customer marketing initiatives.
  • Create customer stories, case studies, testimonials, and milestone announcements in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and Leadership to identify customer stories and expand use cases.
  • Build and maintain a roster of customer champions for reference calls, events, webinars, quotes, and co-marketing.
  • Track engagement and measure the impact of customer marketing programs on retention, advocacy, and pipeline influence.
  • Own the company’s social media strategy, day-to-day publishing, and content curation to raise brand awareness.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams to amplify product milestones, customer success, and industry recognition.
  • Drive engagement with security professionals on LinkedIn.
  • Create short-form videos and digital assets to support marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or customer success.
  • 2-3 years of B2B social media engagement experience, with a strong understanding of LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity space, especially SaaS and AI security, is a plus.
  • Ability to create short-form videos and digital assets for marketing needs.
  • Exceptional storytelling, interviewing, and content development skills.
  • Strong understanding of how to effectively engage on LinkedIn.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for amplifying customer impact and building programs from the ground up.
