Description

  • Configure OneTrust connectors, scan scopes, schedules, and performance tuning across structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Create and tune classification rules, regular expressions, sensitivity labels, and regulatory categories.
  • Define retention schedules, defensible deletion workflows, archival processes, and data minimization controls.
  • Develop data policies, monitor violations, and push masking and row-filtering controls to cloud data platforms.
  • Automate remediation actions and route outstanding tasks through ITSM workflows through closure.
  • Reconcile policy requirements with implemented controls, audit logs, evidence, and residual exposure.
  • Configure RoPA models, PIA/DPIA/TIA workflows, risk libraries, approvals, and mitigation tracking.
  • Manage DSAR intake, identity verification, request fulfillment, redaction, and jurisdictional SLA tracking.
  • Support incident and breach assessments, consent and cookie compliance, preference centers, and downstream consent propagation.
  • Contribute to control frameworks, policy evidence, third-party risk, AI governance, and data product governance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Expert-level OneTrust platform certification in relevant modules such as Privacy Automation, Data Discovery, Third Party Risk, Tech Risk, or Compliance.
  • Experience with data discovery, data governance, privacy automation, rights requests, retention, classification, and policy enforcement.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, data lakes, object storage, cloud warehouses, SaaS applications, file repositories, and collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of cloud data-platform controls, including column masking, row filtering, audit logs, and ITSM remediation workflows.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, NIST CSF, and applicable local privacy regulations preferred.
  • Experience with third-party risk management, including vendor onboarding, questionnaires, risk scoring, monitoring, and reassessment preferred.
  • AI governance experience involving the NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act preferred.
  • Understanding of medallion architecture, Data Mesh, Lakehouse principles, lineage, cataloging, stewardship, and data products preferred.
  • Experience with dimensional modeling, star schemas, slowly changing dimensions, aggregates, data contracts, SLAs, and versioning preferred.
  • IAPP CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or CIPT; Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog certification; or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor certification preferred.
