Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across software engineering, cloud systems, product management, digital design, and corporate IT.
  • Build targeted talent pipelines through specialized networks, platform communities, and technical databases.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements, interview loops, and evaluation criteria.
  • Provide a clear, responsive, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Work with engineering teams to integrate structured technical screening methods into the recruiting workflow.
  • Use Greenhouse Recruiting to track requisitions, document evaluations, monitor funnel metrics, and maintain recruiting data.
  • Maintain compliance with EEOC, OFCCP, internal processes, and collective bargaining requirements.
  • Coach hiring managers and interviewers on structured interviewing, bias reduction, and candidate feedback.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners on onboarding transitions and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including at least 2 years recruiting technical roles.
  • Ability to screen and evaluate candidates for modern tech stacks such as AWS, Python, JavaScript, React, and mobile development.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse Recruiting or similar enterprise tools.
  • Experience applying equitable sourcing and selection strategies and mitigating bias in technical assessments.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions across different hiring managers and engineering teams.
  • Strong consultative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Deep expertise in alternative technical sourcing methods, including GitHub, StackOverflow, and other specialized communities (preferred).
  • Experience recruiting in digital media, content streaming, or consumer-facing product technology environments (preferred).
  • Knowledge of inclusive sourcing and recruiting strategies that broaden representation in technical fields (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
