Description

  • Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Contractor Management product line.
  • Establish and maintain a prioritization framework based on customer impact, revenue potential, risk reduction, and strategic fit.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate roadmap trade-offs and investment decisions.
  • Define customer and buyer value by persona and vertical in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Lead customer, workflow, market, regulatory, usage, adoption, and outcome research to inform product direction.
  • Develop business cases for future investment, including impact, revenue potential, complexity, risk, success metrics, and ROI assumptions.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on positioning, differentiated value propositions, roadmap alignment, and launch strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Partner with Product Owners to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and success criteria.
  • Ensure delivered capabilities align with the approved business case and positioning.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions using customer insights, analytics, and market data.
  • Experience building and presenting business cases to executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with EHS, compliance, risk, or regulatory-driven software strongly preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.
  • Remote work location in the United States.
  • Ability to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
