Description

  • Maintain, enhance, and optimize the existing data warehouse architecture and ETL pipelines.
  • Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT processes that ensure data quality, integrity, and timeliness.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply best practices to improve reliability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data engineering processes, architecture, and configurations.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.
  • Develop new data models and improve existing models to support advanced analytics.
  • Communicate complex data findings as clear, actionable insights for different departments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a closely related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks; Databricks experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools, preferably Airflow.
  • Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; AWS is preferred.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with relational database management systems (RDBMS).
  • Proficient with Git for code management and collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Fluent English communication skills for collaboration with U.S.-based team members.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining production data pipelines.
