Description

  • Research and identify product design talent for early-stage SaaS startup roles.
  • Source candidates beyond LinkedIn by exploring Dribbble, Behance, Figma Community, and personal portfolio sites.
  • Review design portfolios for craft, systems thinking, and storytelling.
  • Surface exceptional candidates and add them to sourcing projects.
  • Calibrate with sourcers and recruiters on role requirements and candidate fit.
  • Work from shared job order notes and hiring team feedback to guide research.
  • Support a recruiting workflow that passes sourced candidates to the recruiting team for outreach.

Requirements

  • Experience or strong interest in product design sourcing or market research.
  • Ability to evaluate design work across craft, systems thinking, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with design communities and portfolio-based sourcing channels such as Dribbble, Behance, Figma Community, and personal sites.
  • Comfort working remotely and on a part-time basis.
  • Ability to work independently and focus on outcomes rather than hours.
  • Availability to coordinate with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring teams.
  • Resume submission and completion of pre-screening questions required.
