Description

  • Review team members’ work products, including annual trust accounting, nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500 filings, contribution calculations, and safe harbor compliance.
  • Review work products for other departments as needed.
  • Interpret retirement plan documents and notices.
  • Provide quality feedback and training to junior staff members.
  • Participate in process improvement, standards development, and client service projects.
  • Stay current on new and proposed regulations and legislation.
  • Expand professional knowledge through seminars and self-study.

Requirements

  • Seven or more years of experience in nondiscrimination testing.
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and related regulations.
  • NIPA or ASPPA credentials, or a four-year college degree.
  • Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt, multitask, and manage changing priorities.
  • Coachable mindset and commitment to professional development.
  • Knowledge of Corbel Documents, Pension Pro, and ASC is preferred.
  • Must work from the United States and be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $100,000–$120,000.

  • Remote work with company-provided computer equipment.
  • 37.5-hour workweek with a choice of start time between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m.
  • Limited domestic travel approximately one to two times per year.
