Description

  • Design and implement customized frontend solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance AEM websites and components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTL (Sightly).
  • Translate UI/UX wireframes into modular, reusable AEM components.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend templates with Sling Models and OSGi services.
  • Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of frontend implementation issues across AEM environments.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce frontend coding standards and AEM best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers on AEM development patterns and frontend quality standards.
  • Collaborate with UX/Design teams to deliver pixel-accurate, accessible, and performant implementations.
  • Communicate with client stakeholders to clarify requirements, share updates, and manage expectations.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and AEM package management workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in frontend software development.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service).
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in the AEM CMS platform.
  • Experience with SASS, LESS, or other CSS frameworks.
  • Experience developing AEM components using HTL (Sightly) and integrating with backend Sling Models.
  • Familiarity with AEM content authoring tools, editable templates, and component dialog configuration.
  • Experience with AEM Clientlibs and bundle generator configuration.
  • Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and frontend performance optimization.
  • Awareness of frontend tactics to avoid security issues.
  • Familiarity with Maven-based build pipelines and AEM package management.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Experience delivering performant, accessible sites with strong Web Vitals and A11y results.
  • Active use of AI coding tools in the daily development workflow.
  • Advanced English level required for working with US clients.
