Description

  • Deliver structured, high-impact technical training within your area of expertise.
  • Facilitate hands-on learning using real-world scenarios, labs, and project-based work.
  • Coach and mentor individuals to build technical capability and commercial awareness.
  • Provide practical feedback through code reviews, delivery simulations, and assessments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of training content to align with current industry standards.
  • Translate real client delivery experience into practical and engaging learning.

Requirements

  • Strong industry experience, typically 5+ years.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading others.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Software Engineering, DevOps / Cloud, Testing, Business Analysis, or AI / Data.
  • Software Engineering experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or .NET (preferred).
  • DevOps / Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes (preferred).
  • Testing experience with automation frameworks or QA engineering (preferred).
  • Business Analysis experience with Agile delivery, requirements gathering, or stakeholder engagement (preferred).
  • AI / Data experience with Machine Learning, Python, or applied AI use cases (preferred).
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them practical.
  • Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
  • UK-based availability for contract engagement.
  • Experience as a practitioner delivering in real client environments (preferred).
