Description

  • Manage and grow NoGigiddy's social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.
  • Create, schedule, and publish daily content, including captions, graphics, and short-form video.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in the brand voice.
  • Monitor trends and platform algorithm changes and adjust social strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team on campaigns and launches.
  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks, and report weekly.
  • Identify and engage with influencer and creator partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, either personal or professional.
  • Strong copywriting instincts for writing engaging captions.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, or similar.
  • Comfortable creating basic graphics in Canva or similar tools.
  • Data-aware approach to reviewing what content is performing.
  • Reliable and consistent work style, with the ability to post regularly.
