Description

  • Coordinate projects and workflows across content, marketing, partnerships, and support teams.
  • Maintain project management tools and ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and help implement operational improvements.
  • Manage SOPs, templates, and internal company wiki documentation.
  • Coordinate vendor and contractor onboarding and offboarding logistics.
  • Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and other operational tasks.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to identifying and resolving problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a lean, fast-moving environment.
