Description

  • Track internet trends and use them to increase impressions and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product, and other teams.
  • Design, execute, and support large social campaigns.
  • Work with the global social team and external departments such as product and partnerships to promote Binance’s brand.
  • Contribute creative ideas for posts and campaigns across platforms.
  • Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance across channels.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Current university student or recent graduate.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin skills are required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently create memes, four-frame cartoons, and/or videos.
  • Experience in the video, media, and/or entertainment industry working with agencies, creators, or digital media companies.
  • Deep expertise in the digital media landscape with the ability to identify internet trends and content opportunities.
  • Exceptional creativity in content ideation.
  • Minimum commitment of 5-10 hours per week.
