Description

  • Build and sustain strong client relationships across the full engagement lifecycle.
  • Serve as the escalation point for delivery risk and complex client dynamics.
  • Coach and develop a small team of Project Managers and Client Engagement Managers.
  • Partner with Growth Managing Principals to identify and shape future client phases.
  • Drive consistency in delivery standards across the portfolio.
  • Own delivery health across assigned accounts, including scope, timeline, resourcing, quality, and margin.
  • Maintain accurate engagement health reviews and financial reporting for leadership and Finance.
  • Provide senior delivery presence on anchor engagements and support day-to-day execution across the broader portfolio.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in delivery, consulting, or client engagement roles.
  • Direct ownership of multi-account portfolios.
  • Experience with P&L accountability.
  • Experience managing executive-level client relationships.
  • Strong client judgment for navigating difficult conversations with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Track record of developing senior delivery practitioners and building high-performing, client-centric teams.
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to work closely with technical leadership to bridge delivery and technical realities.
  • Fluency in margin management, revenue forecasting, and professional services economics.
  • Experience in technology or data and AI consulting is strongly preferred.
  • Background in data science, AI, or AI-driven transformation consulting is a plus.
  • Experience building or scaling delivery operating models in a growth-stage company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft partner ecosystems or co-selling motions is a plus.
  • Experience navigating the growth-to-delivery transition in a consulting context is a plus.
  • History of contributing to proposal development or SOW creation alongside a growth team is a plus.
