Description

  • Manage and optimize client campaigns to improve performance, efficiency, and budget utilization.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow client accounts.
  • Lead onboarding calls, traffic creative assets, and set up new campaigns in Nift’s managed service platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to resolve product, policy, and process issues affecting campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and present performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop actionable recommendations and compelling narratives based on each client’s business goals, industry, and challenges.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to inform client strategy.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by addressing issues promptly and supporting client goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of account management and/or client success experience in digital advertising.
  • Experience launching, managing, nurturing, and scaling relationships with brands and advertisers.
  • Subject matter expertise in PPC, CPA, CPC, and LTV models.
  • Proven ability to grow client budgets while maintaining strong ROI.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret client data and create performance stories.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, formulas, data extraction, and reporting.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of business in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build trust with cross-functional teams and handle stakeholder escalations.
  • Adaptability to frequent platform launches and improvements, with willingness to test new strategies and provide feedback.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
