Description

  • Participate as a Scrum team member in product development ceremonies.
  • Understand software design, product stories, requirements, and architectural constraints.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and test cases for enterprise-grade, cloud, and web-based applications.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the test automation framework to improve scalability, maintainability, and efficiency.
  • Conduct feature risk assessments and prepare PRA documentation with peer review.
  • Discover and automate test cases for new product features and customer issues.
  • Automate test cases from the test suite backlog.
  • Participate in regression, performance, and load testing of deliverables.
  • Participate in QA for customer issues, hotfixes, patches, and feature releases.
  • Create and maintain documentation for test scripts, test data, and automated testing processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of total experience in the software industry as a QA professional.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on automation testing experience using Selenium and Java (preferred) or C#.
  • Strong programming skills in Java (preferred) or C#.
  • Hands-on experience with API integration testing using Postman.
  • Exposure to MS SQL and database verification.
  • Experience testing public cloud infrastructures and technologies, preferably Azure.
  • Exposure to Azure cloud services such as App Insights, Cosmos DB, and Function Apps.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing test plans and test cases for complex server applications.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools such as X-Ray (preferred) or TestLink.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum software development methodology.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex N-tier architecture projects and in a global environment.
  • Strong technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others in sensitive or complex situations.
  • Preferred experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting.
  • Preferred experience testing cloud-native applications and knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Preferred experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
  • Preferred experience working with Git, Bamboo, and Confluence.
  • Preferred familiarity with enterprise unified communications infrastructures such as Teams or Zoom.
  • Preferred exposure to AI/ML frameworks, generative AI, or data-driven solutions.
