Description

  • Manage and coordinate AI product-related projects through status meetings, communications, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Work with business stakeholders to define and document scope, requirements, timelines, expectations, and risks.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, risk tracking, and status communication methods.
  • Develop process documentation such as training materials, knowledge articles, and project plans.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders, product owners, and the broader project team.
  • Support product teams preparing for new product introduction, pricing, end-of-life strategy, and migration activities.
  • Identify process needs to support effective product rollout experiences and assist with business updates and delivery.
  • Help ensure launch requirements are met through business stakeholder management.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders and customers inside and outside of NiCE.
  • Follow the company Code of Ethics and NiCE policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-6 years of project management experience.
  • Experience with Gen AI project delivery.
  • Expertise using SharePoint, MS Office Suite, and MS Project or other cloud-based project tools.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills with strong interpersonal ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret technical information for non-technical audiences.
