Description

  • Serve as the quality leader for an entire domain and own product quality accountability.
  • Track domain quality tasks, analyze testing needs, and define QA activities and ownership.
  • Continuously evaluate and challenge existing test coverage.
  • Plan, develop, and execute the test strategy across the domain.
  • Lead QA efforts that support rapid, confident product delivery.
  • Implement and evolve QA processes to improve test signal quality and scale testing across services.
  • Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to apply automation and prevent regressions.
  • Plan and lead non-functional requirement (NFR) testing.
  • Define guidelines and best practices for automation and manual testing.
  • Coordinate cross-organization and cross-region testing activities.

Requirements

  • 5 years of QA leadership experience as a team leader or manager.
  • Minimum 5 years of QA engineering experience, including at least 4 years in automation.
  • Extensive experience designing tests for an enterprise software solution.
  • Ability to lead, coordinate, and influence without authority.
  • Experience defining QA processes across development groups.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Test-Driven Development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working through the full software development lifecycle in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
