Description

  • Own and drive the Fraud sales strategy, pipeline and bookings for the LATAM region.
  • Act as the regional Fraud subject-matter expert (SME) for the Actimize Direct Sales team, customers, prospects and sales partners.
  • Enable the sales force with offering, messaging, insights and expertise to win deals and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes to develop forward-thinking, value-based sales approaches.
  • Design and implement scalable, consistent, competitive value-based selling approaches and sales enablement materials.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Product, Services, SMEs) to identify industry trends, shape new offerings and align sales campaigns and strategy.
  • Support contract negotiations and assist sales on complex deals with long sales cycles.
  • Position the company, its products and services against competitors in the marketplace to maximize win rates.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Financial Crime/Fraud at a financial institution, software vendor or industry consulting role.
  • Experience selling or implementing enterprise application software solutions (application plus services), ideally payment processing solutions to compliance/operational risk departments in brokerage, banking or insurance.
  • Proven experience selling complex software with long sales cycles.
  • Ability to position products and services versus competitors and articulate value propositions.
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition principles.
  • Contract negotiation skills and experience supporting commercial deals.
  • Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proactive, customer-focused mindset and ability to enable sales teams.
  • Preferred: experience or knowledge of Actimize solutions and/or experience selling or implementing AML/Fraud products.
