Description

  • Identify new sales opportunities and build market share in assigned regions to increase revenue within Enterprise and Commercial contact centers.
  • Achieve annual sales quota and personally negotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Coordinate and lead all sales activities to meet business goals.
  • Ensure proposed sales and solutions leverage NiCE CXone Mpower strengths and can be implemented successfully.
  • Establish new strategic relationships and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze customers’ business situations to identify constraints and new opportunities from technological advances.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with C-level executives.
  • Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements between NiCE CXone Mpower and customers.
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations to build trust and credibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling multiple software products and services into sophisticated accounts in a hunter-type role.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years selling AI software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications.
  • Superior relationship and client management skills, including the ability to manage and resolve customer escalations.
  • Collaborative approach to sales with experience working across multiple internal and external groups.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with C- and VP-level executives.
  • Self-sufficiency, flexibility, confidence, and a preference for autonomy to own activities and processes to achieve revenue results.
  • Experience or knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions (advantage).
  • Experience selling a full suite of SaaS products (advantage).
