Description

  • Own the full lifecycle of cross-functional AI initiatives from opportunity framing through production rollout, adoption, and measured impact.
  • Act as the single accountable owner for internal AI transformation solutions.
  • Identify business processes that can be automated, accelerated, or redesigned using AI agents.
  • Translate business needs into actionable AI initiatives with clear scope, success metrics, owners, and timelines.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, IT, Sales, and other functions to redesign processes around agent-driven automation.
  • Work closely with the IT AI Center of Excellence and internal AI delivery teams to move initiatives from idea to live solution.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment proactively across evolving or exploratory projects.
  • Define and report measurable business impact, including hours saved, cycle-time reduction, deflection, adoption, and ROI.
  • Ensure initiatives reach production with documented handover to operations and ongoing ownership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical project manager or product manager with strong business analysis capabilities.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI projects.
  • Familiarity with Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar agent platforms.
  • Solid understanding of AI agents, automation, and how AI changes process design.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects, ideally in transformation, automation, or digital programs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading products that change how a process works, not just deliver software.
  • Strong business process analysis combined with product leadership.
  • Ability to lead initiatives where the solution is still evolving and drive outcomes under ambiguity.
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and technology functions, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and full professional fluency in English.
