Description

  • Achieve annual sales quota and personally negotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Close larger strategic business while maintaining sustained transactional sales growth from a robust pipeline.
  • Coordinate and lead all sales activities to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
  • Sell NICE solutions to support clients’ operational needs and ensure proposed solutions can be implemented successfully.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships, including developing and nurturing C-level and VP-level contacts.
  • Analyze customers’ business situations to identify constraints and new opportunities driven by technology advances.
  • Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing and contractual agreements between NICE CxOne and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive multi-disciplinary sales processes and resolve customer escalations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience selling multiple software products and services into sophisticated accounts in a hunter-type role.
  • 1+ years selling Conversational AI and/or Digital Transformation solutions into enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in SLED, call center, or software industries.
  • Proven ability to build and manage executive-level relationships and resolve customer escalations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience engaging C- and VP-level executives.
  • Collaborative approach to sales, working effectively across multiple internal and external groups.
  • Self-sufficiency, flexibility, and confidence with a strong preference for autonomy and ownership of activities and processes.
  • Preferred: experience or knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions.
  • Preferred: experience selling a full suite of SaaS products.
