Description

  • Represent NiCE Cognigy in the market to build awareness and generate new ARR.
  • Achieve ARR and ACV booking targets.
  • Close deals through both direct sales and the partner ecosystem.
  • Build, qualify, and maintain a strong enterprise pipeline.
  • Lead full sales cycles from account planning through contract close.
  • Close large, complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Represent Cognigy at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Work collaboratively with channel partners, BDRs, internal stakeholders, and sales colleagues to advance opportunities.
  • Independently drive deal momentum, build consensus, and support transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven success selling SaaS or technology solutions, including UCaaS, CCaaS, or AI.
  • Experience closing large enterprise deals and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Hunter mentality with a strong drive to win.
  • Ability to communicate complex deal structures and ROI clearly.
  • Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders, including SVP and C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Professional communication skills with a customer-centric, personable approach.
  • Ability to work independently while leveraging internal resources.
  • Comfort working with a partner channel to support the sales process.
