Description

  • Design and build full-stack software within a SCRUM team to deliver product features to market.
  • Develop robust, scalable microservice back-end systems and contribute to end-to-end product delivery.
  • Write clean, well-tested code and adopt best practices including unit tests, code reviews, and CI/CD.
  • Perform mutual code reviews with teammates to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, scrum masters, and cross-functional team members to refine requirements and plan work.
  • Drive approaches for zero-downtime deployments and operational resiliency of services.
  • Take ownership of assigned features and components, ensuring usability and production readiness from initial delivery.
  • Apply DevOps principles within the cross-functional team to improve delivery and operational practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry software development experience.
  • Solid knowledge of C#, JavaScript and Angular, and working with SQL.
  • Minimum 1+ year using Microsoft SQL Server and writing advanced queries.
  • Some knowledge of C++.
  • Experience building robust, scalable microservice back ends.
  • Full-stack development experience and history of delivering products to market.
  • Proven ability to write clean code and a strong emphasis on unit testing.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
  • Comfortable working remotely in the US and spending significant time working at a computer.
  • Strong collaborative communication, ownership mentality, and desire to continuously improve both personally and as part of a team.
