Description

  • Source and headhunt Finnish-speaking candidates for overseas roles.
  • Source and headhunt candidates in English for language-based positions.
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles.
  • Manage an independent candidate pipeline and proactively fill open roles.
  • Follow up with placed candidates to support smooth onboarding.

Requirements

  • Fluent Finnish at native or near-native level.
  • Proficient English language skills.
  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or international setting.
  • Comfort working in a freelance, commission-based environment.
  • Experience with sourcing and headhunting, especially via LinkedIn and social media.
  • Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Availability to dedicate around 30–40 hours per week.
  • Passion for helping people move abroad and start work overseas.
