Description

  • Define the ServiceNow and Plutus application architecture.
  • Determine how Plutus integrates with customer ServiceNow environments.
  • Design scoped applications, workspaces, workflows, integrations, and agentic AI patterns.
  • Define how agents, workflows, user experiences, business rules, integrations, and human approvals operate together.
  • Establish technical standards for configuration, extensions, governance, and platform guardrails.
  • Validate AI behavior, escalation logic, guardrails, acceptance criteria, and operational monitoring.
  • Partner with customer technical teams on environment readiness, connectivity, identity, access, and deployment planning.
  • Remain involved throughout implementation to maintain architectural integrity.

Requirements

  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, App Engine, and scoped applications.
  • Experience with UI Builder, Workspaces, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Knowledge of REST/API architecture and ServiceNow integration patterns.
  • Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, agent orchestration, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Experience designing human-in-the-loop workflows and responsible AI controls, including testing, validation, governance, security, and monitoring.
  • Experience with ServiceNow security and access design, customer connectivity, deployment readiness, and technical governance.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI implementations preferred.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, risk, compliance, or other regulated workflows preferred.
  • Understanding of insurance core-system integrations, including policy administration, claims, broker/customer platforms, document systems, data mapping, and enterprise data flows preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate integration complexity and collaborate with customer technical teams without serving as a full enterprise integration architect.
