Description

  • Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows, assistants, automations, and integrations in customer environments.
  • Translate business requirements into technical architectures, implementation plans, and production-ready solutions.
  • Build LLM applications using Claude, APIs, prompt and context engineering, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and orchestration.
  • Develop secure integrations among ServiceNow, enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, identity systems, and AI services.
  • Create prototypes, demonstrations, reusable accelerators, Agent Packs, prompt libraries, and deployment assets.
  • Evaluate AI applications for accuracy, groundedness, safety, latency, cost, user experience, and task completion.
  • Implement responsible AI safeguards, human-in-the-loop processes, access controls, validation, monitoring, and fallback workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize AI workflows, retrieval pipelines, integrations, permissions, performance, reliability, and cost.
  • Collaborate with customers, consultants, product teams, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, and ServiceNow teams.
  • Contribute customer-driven improvements to NewRocket’s AI platforms, dashboards, data products, and delivery standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, workflow automation, or related technical delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack development, scripting, APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, or cloud-native applications.
  • Experience building or supporting AI/LLM applications, RAG systems, conversational experiences, AI automations, or agentic workflows.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, context windows, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, sensitive-data handling, identity and access controls, human oversight, and secure deployment.
  • Experience in customer-facing engineering, consulting, solutions architecture, technical implementation, or professional services.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and travel approximately 25%.
  • Preferred: Anthropic API or Claude experience, MCP, ServiceNow development, LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex/Semantic Kernel, vector databases, AI observability, Docker, CI/CD, SQL, Git, and infrastructure-as-code.
