Description

  • Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows, assistants, automations, and integrations across ServiceNow and enterprise environments.
  • Translate customer requirements and business processes into technical architectures, implementation plans, and production-ready solutions.
  • Build LLM applications using Claude, prompt and context engineering, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and multi-step orchestration.
  • Develop secure integrations, scripts, microservices, APIs, automation logic, and supporting user interfaces.
  • Create prototypes, demonstrations, pilots, reusable solution patterns, prompt libraries, and deployment assets.
  • Evaluate AI solutions for accuracy, groundedness, safety, latency, cost, task completion, and user experience.
  • Implement responsible AI safeguards, access controls, validation, human review, fallback handling, and governance documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize AI workflows, retrieval pipelines, integrations, data connections, model behavior, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with consultants, product teams, AI/ML engineers, ServiceNow teams, and customer stakeholders throughout delivery.
  • Contribute customer-driven improvements, reusable assets, and best practices to NewRocket’s AI platforms, Agent Packs, and accelerators.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, workflow automation, or related technical delivery roles.
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack development, scripting, APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, or cloud-native applications.
  • Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI/LLM applications, RAG systems, conversational experiences, automations, or agentic workflows.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or comparable cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, context windows, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, sensitive-data handling, identity and access controls, human oversight, and secure AI deployment.
  • Customer-facing experience in engineering, consulting, technical implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and travel approximately 25%.
  • Preferred: Anthropic API or Claude experience, ServiceNow development, MCP, vector databases, LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex, AI observability, Docker, CI/CD, SQL, Git, and infrastructure-as-code.
