Description

  • Review and approve employee travel requests for hotels and transportation in line with policy.
  • Track and respond to open queries in the Navan travel group within the work shift.
  • Support employee travel, expense, and reimbursement requests while meeting service-level expectations.
  • Manage financial close activities, including accruals, T&E schedules, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor team tasks, identify delays, and implement solutions to complete work on time.
  • Collaborate with the Global Process Owner on approvals, statutory requirements, and legal considerations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and improve process documentation and standard procedures.
  • Participate in testing activities and support ongoing Travel, Expense, and Card programme changes and projects.
  • Work across the employee life cycle and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Travel, Expense, and P-Card policies and internal controls.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing Travel, Expense, and Card programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process analysis, documentation, improvement, and automation.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, influencing, persuasion, presentation, conflict resolution, and business analysis skills.
  • High integrity and strong business judgment with the ability to recommend effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to present and articulate analytical results.
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and handle seasonal variation in functional requirements.
  • Experience with systems and tools such as Navan, Coupa, Netsuite, Workday, Bank Integration, and Card feed programs.
  • Experience working in travel teams within large SaaS organizations (preferred).
  • Experience managing deliverables across time zones (preferred).
  • Must be flexible to work in a dynamic 24/7 environment.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
