Description

  • Lead talent acquisition for the India Product hub by sourcing and hiring top technical candidates to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leaders across the business to understand hiring requirements and recommend tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Design, implement, and deliver recruiting strategies to fill openings and build a diverse pipeline while providing a premium experience to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proactively source candidates through networking, internet research, cold calling, events and conferences to build the Talent Community.
  • Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of top talent, competitor companies, industry trends and act as a trusted advisor to the business.
  • Drive continuous adoption and adaptation of the Hiring for Success process to improve internal and external hiring experience.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Finance, Operations and other stakeholders to evolve processes, develop tools and launch initiatives that address unique hiring challenges.
  • Support and contribute to talent programs, employment branding and analytics efforts to strengthen long-term recruiting outcomes.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of related experience as a full-lifecycle recruiter with demonstrated success hiring technical talent.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies and proactively building a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to advise and align business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience and enthusiasm for social media, internet research and employment branding.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and talent analytics.
  • Commitment to delivering a stellar candidate experience.
  • Proven understanding of the India labor market and employment laws/regulations with the ability to educate hiring teams.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in India; visa sponsorship is not available for this position, and candidates will be required to verify identity/eligibility and complete a criminal background check; an export compliance assessment may be required for certain roles.
