Description

  • Provide strategic technical leadership within a new, fast-growing Logs Intelligence team.
  • Design, build, and maintain customer-facing UIs that interface with high-throughput data streaming systems.
  • Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs to support frontend functionality and business logic.
  • Ship software incrementally with frequent customer feedback by collaborating with product managers, designers, architects, researchers, and other engineers.
  • Perform and contribute to code reviews, evangelize engineering standards, and mentor more junior engineers.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to support production services and incident response.
  • Work across frontend and backend boundaries to ensure end-to-end quality, performance, and scalability of the product.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-stack experience with a primary focus on UI/frontend development
  • Expertise in React, including hooks, state management, and component-based architecture
  • Proficiency in frontend unit testing and automated end-to-end testing (e.g., Playwright)
  • Solid experience with Java or Python for backend API development
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders using tools like Slack, Zoom, Confluence, and Google Docs/Slides
  • Willingness and ability to participate in on-call rotations for production services
  • Experience building or shipping AI-powered applications (preferred)
  • Experience working on high-throughput products and familiarity with streaming platforms like Kafka (preferred)
  • Be able to pass a required criminal background check; some roles may require an export compliance assessment (possible condition of employment)
