Description

  • Lead marketing campaign operations to support key marketing initiatives and measurable results.
  • Drive the strategy and implementation of AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of technical marketers through problem solving and delivery of business requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the company to deliver a seamless prospect and customer experience.
  • Work with technology teams to acquire, deploy, and maintain marketing systems.
  • Ensure marketing infrastructure is integrated and optimized for revenue growth and business profitability.
  • Guide broader organizational adoption of new technology and process changes.
  • Support day-to-day campaign operations for marketing team initiatives.
  • Evaluate opportunities to scale marketing operations through improved tooling and workflows.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in marketing technology and marketing campaign operations.
  • Experience in a B2B enterprise technology or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience transitioning marketing operations and B2B teams to AI-forward tooling and workflows using Claude and/or other AI tools.
  • Demonstrated success with ABM, including account scoring and modern account-forward tools and tactics.
  • Proven success leading technical teams through complex implementations and driving broad organizational adoption.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders inside and outside of marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and AI-driven marketing technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Claude (Cowork, Code, etc.) and other workflow or agentic AI tools is preferred.
  • Experience in a high-growth digital marketing environment is preferred.
  • Experience with product-led growth and self-service is preferred.
  • Experience driving revenue and retention within a large enterprise customer base is preferred.
  • Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
