Description

  • Develop organic social media strategies with brand, medical affairs, paid media, search, web, and creative teams.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform developments, and audience behaviors across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Snapchat.
  • Guide content through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review while ensuring FDA, privacy, promotional, and brand compliance.
  • Partner with community management and social listening teams to turn audience insights into channel strategy.
  • Maintain the global social media strategy playbook and standardize organizational best practices.
  • Analyze social listening and channel analytics to provide recurring insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Define KPIs and produce regular social media scorecards for leadership with data, analytics, and media teams.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and external agencies to implement workflows for approved social capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of digital or social media marketing experience focused on social strategy for enterprise brands or functional areas.
  • Proven ability to translate consumer insights and brand objectives into integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Preferred experience with pharmaceutical Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review workflows.
  • Experience succeeding in highly matrixed, dynamic environments and leading cross-functional alignment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to use social media platforms and analytics or social listening data to inform strategy.
  • Ability to work prolonged periods at a computer and use standard office and video-conferencing equipment.
  • Availability primarily during normal business hours, with occasional work outside those hours as needed.
  • Minimal travel may be required.
