Description

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors across multiple projects.
  • Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders while confirming technical feasibility.
  • Develop project plans, establish timelines, delegate tasks, and track progress.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate verification methods.
  • Measure project performance and prepare reports for senior leadership.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, clarify requirements, and maintain alignment with contractual parameters.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to management when needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths, skills, and experience.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of proven Technical Project Management experience.
  • Experience in the financial or banking industry.
  • Experience managing technical projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Technical background in wireless and wired networks, network devices, and physical infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organization, multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
  • PMP, CCNA, or equivalent certifications are a plus; ITIL certification is also preferred.
