Description

  • Manage the overall delivery of Agentforce implementation projects as both product owner and project manager.
  • Guide customers and internal teams in defining use cases and business outcomes.
  • Transition customers from sales into delivery by reviewing SOWs, partner-funding POs, project roles, and kickoff activities.
  • Plan, monitor, and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to keep work on track.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients and manage project operations and relationships.
  • Facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage project team members in the delivery of the solution.
  • Read out documented and measured outcomes for live solutions prior to project closeout.
  • Drive internal Agentforce initiatives by developing reusable assets and solutions that improve innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related business solution implementations on Salesforce or AWS across all phases of project delivery.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for audiences at all levels.
  • Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Experience leading delivery as a project manager or scrum leader.
  • Experience with estimation, sizing, SOWs, and Change Order contracting.
  • Certified Salesforce Admin plus Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
  • Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs and Change Requests and managing scope.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management (preferred).
