Description

  • Lead the overall delivery of targeted Agentforce projects, serving as both product owner and day-to-day project manager.
  • Guide customers and internal teams in defining use cases and desired business outcomes.
  • Transition customers from sales into delivery by reviewing the SOW, partner-funding POs, defining roles, and facilitating kickoff and onboarding.
  • Plan, monitor, and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to keep assigned projects on track.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on operational and delivery matters.
  • Facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage internal project team members in delivering the solution.
  • Document and report measured outcomes for live solutions prior to project closeout.
  • Drive internal initiatives to improve innovation and efficiency through reusable assets and solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading AI-related business solution implementations on Salesforce or AWS across all phases of project delivery.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for audiences at all levels.
  • Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Experience leading delivery as a project manager or scrum leader.
  • Experience with estimation, sizing, and SOW/Change Order contracting.
  • Certified Salesforce Admin plus Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
  • Demonstrated experience writing SOWs and change requests and managing scope.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management (preferred).
