Description

  • Own the roadmap and delivery for CCaaS/agent desk integrations, the Integration Builder and Actions runtime, SDKs and embedded experiences, and extension contracts.
  • Define integration tiers from basic to mission-critical, including clear requirements and supportability rules.
  • Partner with engineering to standardize authentication, secrets handling, environment parity, schema validation, compatibility versioning, reliable execution, and rollback patterns.
  • Work with data science and QA to define test harnesses and release gates for conversational flows, tool-call scenarios, latency, load behavior, and safety/guardrail compliance.
  • Collaborate with delivery and customer success teams to turn repeatable patterns into templates and reusable assets while maintaining product and project scope boundaries.
  • Work across engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, partners, vendors, and customers to deliver integrated product experiences.
  • Own critical features and user experiences across current and future platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS platforms, developer tools, integration products, or workflow automation.
  • Strong experience with enterprise integrations, including APIs, eventing/webhooks, OAuth/JWT, schemas, error handling, and production operability.
  • Hands-on product judgment in AI/LLM-enabled systems, including prompt and policy controls, guardrails, tool-calling reliability, evaluation and quality gating, observability, and production operations.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, systems integration, customer service/contact center platforms, and AI/ML/chatbot technologies.
  • CCaaS/agent desk integration experience is preferred, with voice and telephony knowledge as a plus.
  • Experience with regulated enterprise requirements such as audit trails, approvals, RBAC patterns, and least privilege is preferred.
  • Familiarity with building SDKs or developer platforms, including documentation, sample apps, versioning, and backward compatibility is preferred.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical latency and availability constraints, along with incident response readiness, is preferred.
