Description

  • Own AWS-based infrastructure managed with Terraform across a multi-account, multi-tenant estate.
  • Improve multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure design, scalability, and self-service through documentation, runbooks, and PR-based workflows.
  • Enable AI engineering and product teams by providing AWS Bedrock, LangChain-based service infrastructure, and sandbox accounts.
  • Maintain and extend CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including OIDC-based access to AWS.
  • Ensure Docker is used effectively for local development, testing pipelines, and deployments.
  • Own operational identity management with FusionAuth, including SSO, migrations, and Terraform-based operationalization.
  • Improve monitoring and observability with Sentry and CloudWatch, including cross-account patterns for developers.
  • Champion security, privacy, and compliance best practices across the platform, including ISO 27001-aligned controls.
  • Support migration programmes by handling AWS accounts, networking, DNS, and cutover activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, IT, and external partners.

Requirements

  • At least 5–8 years of DevOps experience.
  • Strong track record with AWS cloud infrastructure, with multi-account experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting LLM and AI workloads on AWS, including Bedrock, LangChain services, Lambda/ECS patterns, observability, and inference cost control.
  • Proven expertise with Terraform and Git-based workflows.
  • Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or comparable tools.
  • Deep knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Sentry and CloudWatch, or equivalents.
  • Experience operating SSO and identity in SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and migration programmes, including DNS, auth, and data plane work.
  • Strong communication skills for advising both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent English skills, at least B2+.
  • Experience with AI-assisted workflows is preferred.

  • Salary range for Poland and EU: PLN 16,800–28,200 on a B2B contract plus 20 paid days off.
  • Salary range for Poland: PLN 14,000–23,500 on a Contract of Employment.
