Description

  • Handle inbound leads through structured qualification and manage assigned sales cycles from first contact to close or leadership handoff.
  • Lead intro and discovery calls independently, explain NeoWork’s services consultatively, and log clear meeting notes and next steps in the CRM.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, address client questions and basic negotiations, and advance opportunities through each pipeline stage.
  • Document scope and expectations before handoff, stay in active communication after launch, run periodic check-ins, and flag or resolve risks early.
  • Identify expansion and renewal opportunities, listen for evolving client needs, and support leadership on high-value or multi-role discussions.
  • Configure and maintain CRM pipelines, properties, workflows, lists, sequences, dashboards, and reports while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Improve internal processes by designing automations and applying AI tools to simplify recurring tasks and reduce operational friction.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Recruitment, and Leadership to stay aligned and ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing delivery.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role.
  • Ability to run prospect meetings independently and handle assigned sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot beyond basic user skills (CRM administration, pipelines, properties, workflows, reports).
  • Clear, confident English (C1/C2) and experience working with US clients.
  • Willingness/ability to work hours that generally align with US business hours, with some flexibility as needed.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or workflow automations is a plus.
