Description

Ensure regulatory compliance in highly regulated SAP environments, including GxP, SOX, and GDPR.
Manage user access and segregation of duties using SAP GRC Access Control to reduce risk and fraud.
Analyze, assess, and mitigate business and IT risks across financial, operational, and compliance areas.
Design and implement automated controls in SAP to enforce policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external audit teams and prepare documentation, evidence, and compliance reports.
Contribute to governance and compliance optimization through continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead or support projects related to compliance, controls, and risk management.

Requirements

5+ years of senior-level experience working with SAP GRC, especially SAP GRC Access Control.
Experience in highly regulated environments, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Solid knowledge of GxP, SOX, and GDPR regulations.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
Functional knowledge of SAP QM, MM, SD, and PP modules.
Ability to work closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience with Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) is preferred.
Experience participating in SAP audit projects or compliance programs is preferred.
SAP GRC or governance, risk, and compliance-related certifications are preferred.
Professional level of English is preferred.
Experience leading initiatives or coordinating teams is preferred.
